Heavy polyester shell with PVC coating. Quilted polyester lining. Padded parka with waterproof taped seams. Full length zip with vekro storm flap. Concealed hood in collar. Half elasticated cuffs with velcro adjusters. Two front double pockets. Two velcro chest pockets. Inside pocket and mobile phone pocket. Elasticated drawcord with toggles at waist and hem.
